Complete Camera System Installed for $399.00

Everyone wants and needs a camera system but the problem is that the price of a system is cost prohibitive. Most companies will mark up the equipment alone by 50%-100%. The labor rates are a minimum of $65.00 per hour up to $120.00 per hour. Believe me I know I have been installing Camera systems for 20 years. With high labor rates and high markups you will typically pay a minimum of $3,000 for an installed 4 camera system.

You can now have a complete camera system installed for $399.00.

Installation Includes:

  • Installation of 4 Cameras
  • Installation of Digital Video Recorder
  • Installation of Video Monitor (if included)

Additional cameras installed @ $75.00 each
Remote Configuration (Internet Connection Required) $99.00

You purchase your equipment through your existing Sam's Club, Costco or Home Depot retailer and we install the entire system for you. The typical cost of this system is $499.00-$799 for 4-6 cameras.

Make sure you compare all of these sites. We have seen the same package vary from week to week. When you compare the packages you will see that the combinations of cameras can vary by retailer so make sure you purchase the package that makes sense for your installation.

Features to look for:

Hard Drive Size
The size of the hard drive will affect how long you can record video. A 500 gig hard drive with 4 cameras will give you approximately 12 days of recording.
TV Lines(TVL)
Make sure you purchase cameras with at least 520 tvl. This will give you a clear picture that you will be happy with. Most of my customer complain about cameras with less tvl.
Inside or Outside
Not all cameras are rated to be used outside. Make sure that the cameras that you want to use fit the location that you want to install them in.
Day or Night
Most cameras will provide a picture at night (black and white)If you want to be able to see at night make sure you but the appropriate cameras. (We recommend that you purchase night vision cameras)

  • Make sure you consider all areas that you may want to see. If you know that you want 4 areas covered you may want to consider getting the next package up. Once you purchase a DVR that will accommodate 4 cameras you cannot add any more cameras and you would have to buy a new DVR.
