Temperature Protection

There are many devices designed to monitor either high or low temperatures. There are even some devices that can monitor both at the same time so that you are notified in the event that critical temperatures go outside of a designated range. These devices will have a contact that can be monitored so that in the event that an event is generated the alarm will send a signal to central station and you can be notified.

Some examples of temperature critical environments:

• Food freezers for restaurants
• Water pipes in freezing areas
• Temperature sensitive seedlings
• Temperature sensitive electronic equipment.

There are many uses for temperature monitoring. There are even devices that can monitor when humidity is too high or low in the case of rare paintings.
